With Roe v Wade overturned the Supreme Court Justices have launched a war on WOMEN! But with Roe v Wade being an umbrella for so many other landmark cases who is next on the Supreme Court Justice’s list…
June 24th, 2022 marks a day in history that NO WOMAN will forget. It is the day that 5 out of the 9 supreme court justices let their religious beliefs dictate their decision on the American woman’s body. Our uteruses no longer belong to us. They are government property.
For 50 years we had the choice of what we could do when it came it our bodies. We could make those decisions with the supreme court backing us. Now it is no longer OUR decision what we do with our body. The overturning of Roe v Wade is left up to the state you live in.
Remember these names:
Amy Coney Barrett
Samuel A. Alito, Jr.
Brett Kavanaugh
Neil M. Gorsuch
Clarence Thomas
These names are the reason we do not have autonomy over our own bodies.
Roe V Wade overturned
I was going to write this long-winded post about what happened but so many others have written about it. I just want to put where I stand on my here because I have been vocal on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
I wish I would have known about these rallies. So I missed them all. But I did find a website that will tell me when they are so I can plan accordingly. If you are looking to attend some rallies and protests check out Bans Off Our Bodies. If you can’t make it then participate in the #BansOffOurBodies social media challenge!
Speak out online. Show your support if you want full autonomy over your own body!!
I know it can be hard to get out of your comfort zone especially if you are not used to speaking out against the government. You may feel like an imposter that NO ONE will actually care what you have to say… But if we don’t speak up things are not going to change.
Start living for yourself and stop caring what other people are going to think of you. If you have an opinion start sharing it. Start working on building up your confidence.
Take a stance and become the adult you needed as a child. We need to focus on leaving this world better than it was when we were born.
It is our choice our bodies!
It should be our choice what we do with our body. Many have said that it is not about saving the babies it is a political ploy to take your rights away slowly. Anti-trans laws regarding children, now women’s rights. They are slowly going through any and all rights that do not align with being a white man in America and the delusional fucking women that follow them. They are suffering from a case of Stockholm syndrome.
Do they not realize this affects them too? You are not exempt from an ectopic pregnancy, hemorrhage, infection, sepsis, genital trauma, and necrotic bowel when it comes to your pregnancy just because you voted to save the babies. Guess what happens… You die, they die.
Priscilla Smith, director of the Program for the Study of Reproductive Justice at Yale Law School said “Often the rule is she has to be at imminent risk of dying. What that means is you’re putting people at risk of dying right then, rather than this pregnancy endangers her life if it goes forward.”
This is just the beginning
With Roe V Wade overturned… this is just the beginning of the things the government is willing to do to the American people. On June 23, 2022, We Americans lost the right to sue if the police do not read us our Miranda rights.
What is coming next after the Roe v Wade overturn?? It is numerous things because Roe v Wade was a shield for many other things like:
Gay Marriage
Plan B & other contraceptives
Women’s voting rights.
Jim Crow Laws could be overturned…
In his leaked draft opinion for the Supreme Court, Samual Alito has made it VERY CLEAR that he is also looking at other landmark cases like:
Plessy v. Ferguson – In Louisiana, A New Orleans group called the Comite des Citoyens (Committee of Citizens) contacted Homer Plessy in 1892. They wanted to repeal Louisiana’s Separate Car Act, which required separate railway cars for blacks and whites. They instructed Plessy to sit in a whites-only car. When Plessy was told to vacate the whites-only car, he refused and was arrested. Through everything, his lawyers did to get him free they didn’t succeed. Plessy was convicted.
Brown v. Board of Education was a landmark case in 1954 where the Supreme Court case in which the justices ruled unanimously that racial segregation of children in public schools was unconstitutional. The ruling, in this case, helped overturn Plessy v. Ferguson’s “separate but equal” doctrine. That right there was the downfall of the Jim Crow Laws.
Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is a 2022 landmark case that was the reason for Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) (A Pennsylvania law that required spousal awareness prior to obtaining an abortion was invalid under the Fourteenth Amendment because it created an undue burden on married women seeking an abortion.) original rulings were overturned. In 2018, Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a clinic and abortion facility in Mississippi, challenged the constitutionality of the “Gestational Age Act” in federal court. The law, enacted on March 19, 2018, prohibited abortions after the fifteenth week of pregnancy except in cases of medical emergencies or fetal abnormalities.
So now we have eliminated the constitutional right to abortion altogether
There are too many landmark cases that are all intertwined with each other.
But If they decided to revisit Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board of Education It means they could revive the decision made in Plessy and overturn the decision made in Brown. Meaning that segregation could make a comeback. nearly 70 years of equal protection down the fucking drain long with women 50 years of body autonomy.
Who knows after that…
Reversing Loving v. Virginia would make it to where interracial couples no longer have a right to marry. Going after Gideon v. Wainwright would deprive indigent criminal defendants of a lawyer.
This is a War on Women

Say it loud and proud!! We are not going back to 1973.
